The truth is there are very few people who can say that they love to workout. It certainly isn’t an easy task and can be challenging to maintain. Those who have surrendered to exercise have realized that it’s a nonnegotiable when it comes to health and longevity. Sandbag training, in addition to exercising with other odd items is starting to become especially well-liked throughout cage fighting. Within a conventional exercise routine, you will be shifting weight in a straight line that has a push/pull path. A person won’t find that inside the octagon. The opponent is constantly on the move, trying to get control. Odd shaped sandbags are hard to grip, the sand is continually moving, and they are very uncooperative. Great training equipment so you can get your opponent into a ground and pound. In short, sandbag training is functional training.

You may not like to admit it, but we all have an Inner Bloke. It’s that part of you that wants to lie on the couch, drink beer and eat chips all day; leave a pile of clothes on the floor rather than take three steps to the laundry basket, and still think it’s funny when you belch loudly in public. To go the extra mile, drop your voice as low as you can and speak from deep inside your chest. All of this can (and should) be done within the privacy of your own home…

If you are finding you are concerned or worried about a stressful situation there is a good chance that there is someone in your life is also feeling that way and not sleeping well also.
Be mindful about your snacking: If you love to plop on the couch at night and plow through a bag of chips, it’s time to start becoming more aware of what you’re eating. Watch what triggers your urge to snack and try to break that routine. For example, instead of watching TV or hitting the computer, why not go for a walk or read a book instead? If you change your snacking routines, you may be able to stop yourself from eating mindlessly.
If I were to chronicle all the fitness programs out there, this article would make ‘War and Peace’ look like a pamphlet. Remember, go back to your list. Try what intrigues you. Keep trying. And keep moving.
